We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Private Client team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to our clients by managing all aspects of account onboarding, asset transfers, and daily cash needs. The CSA will work closely with client advisors and portfolio managers to deliver top-notch client services and reporting. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach to support our clients and team effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive and highly responsive service to clients and actively and positively support and collaborate with colleagues.
- Assist with onboarding, asset transfer, and money movement and manage and service client accounts within Fidelity Wealthscape.
- Support client advisors in their efforts to exceed client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients, custodian and portfolio managers, advisors and other third-party client advisors as needed (e.g., CPAs, auditors, title companies, etc.).
- Assist with the preparation of investment reports and interim performance reports utilizing Tamarac reporting system.
- Input and update client information in multiple systems to ensure the accuracy of client data. This includes Practifi CRM, Tamarac Reporting and Fidelity Wealthscape.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Work Experience / Knowledge:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a professional services office setting.
- Relevant experience in Investment/Wealth Management, Financial Services or Customer Service is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Business Systems, or another related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
